Coal Charging Car
A coal charging car, also called a coal car, is a kind of coke oven equipment on the top of coke oven applied to convey coal from the coal tower to the carbonization room through the charging hole.
A coal car is composed of steel framework, running mechanism, loading device, baffle plate, feeding pipe, vibration device, bicker device for switching coal tower, pneumatic (hydraulic) system, power distribution system and cab.
Coke Guide Car A coke guide car is one kind of coke oven machine in common use. Equipped at the operation desk of the discharging side, a coke guide car is used to take and load cokes from the side port. While pushing, the grid of the coke guide leads the red coke into the coke car and the sooth into the dust leg.
Coke Pushing Car Coke pushing cars are applied to push coke cakes out of the carbonization chamber. Before or after pushing, the side oven port will be accordingly opened and closed so that the plumbago will be cleaned out. Before or after coal is leveled, the small port will be accordingly opened and closed. Moving back and forth on the side trial of the oven, the coke pusher gradually finishes all works according to the order of coke pushing.
Coke Quenching Car With its trail at the coke side of the oven, a coke quenching car is used to convey the coke from the carbonization chamber to the coke quenching tower and have the quenched coke unloaded to coke wharf.
Electric Locomotive An electric locomotive is a kind of traction equipment for rail car. An electric locomotive is driven by the traction motor. Its traction force is decided not only by the power of the traction motor or diesel engine but also by the friction between wheels and rails. There are some limitations on the travalling slope of the electric locomotive. The slope ratio of the transport track is normally 0.3 percent and local slope ratio should be no more than 3 percent.

Chain Stopper A chain stopper is a simple pawl set on deck. It lifts and clicks light over the links of an incoming chain but jams down hard when the chain tries to run back. Chain stoppers prevent chain from being stripped off the anchor winch when a rising bow exerts excessive force on the chain.
Anchor Winch A anchor winch adopts a coiling block to coil cable wires or chains so as to hoist or tow heavy burdens.
