Coal Charging Car

A coal charging car, also called a coal car, is a kind of coke oven equipment on the top of coke oven applied to convey coal from the coal tower to the carbonization room through the charging hole.
A coal car is composed of steel framework, running mechanism, loading device, baffle plate, feeding pipe, vibration device, bicker device for switching coal tower, pneumatic (hydraulic) system, power distribution system and cab.

Features
Large coal charging cars are characterized by their multifunction, high mechanization and automation. Generally speaking, a coal charging car has the following features.
1. A coal charging car is usually of high efficiency. Operations like starting coal charging car, shutting off hole covers and the sealing cover on the rising pipe can be done by one single attempt.
2. It is equipped with mechanical high-pressure ammonia sprayer.
3. It usually adopts mechanical screw feed.
4. A coal charging car is usually able to clean the oven top.
5. It is usually controlled by PLC.
